Creating Backgrounds for my D3 on my mac??

I know this is a bit old, but for you guys who did not spend $100 on Toast, all you gotta do is drop the PICTURES folder into a blank cd, and burn it. I did not need any filler for my D3 at all. Thats all I did, dropped the pictures onto the disk and told it to burn. they all uploaded fine
