When I'm already on a call and another call comes in, even if I answer that call, the ringer keeps going. Anyone else run into this problem?

I flipped through my manual and couldn't find out what one of the icons showing up on the screen was (granted I didn't read cover to cover at length). Call me a n00b or just plain lazy, but I'd really appreciate it if any of you know where I can look up what this icon is - it's all red, kind of like a start with dots forming an arch above it.
