Is the testmode.key file correct?
If it's not correct, you won't be able to copy or write.
Try other files if the one you have doesn't work.

Hello!

As far as I know, there is no manual setting in our devices (I have AVIC RZ-05).
I read somewhere that to configure you need to connect a GPS antenna and the system itself will set the clock on the device after some time. I have no antenna, I have no way to check it.

Попробуй сначала включить Bluetooth и уже потом пробуй сменить пароль.
У меня RZ-77, и пока выключен bluetooth, все настройки неактивны.

Судя по описалову в интернете, у тебя блок ДВД + монитор. Я, конечно, не спец, но предположу, что твоя система далеко не на Windows Mobile или чем-то похожем.
Как мне кажется, у нее нет ничего похожего на testmode.

Видимо, тут другой метод перевода (см. как делал Shtirlitz).
Скорее всего (но это не точно) тебе так же нужно будет сделать.

Todate I haven't got any solution to the above quoted case. Is there any one who had had a similar case and solved it?. I will appreciate if a solution is posted in this forum. I am sure I am not alone with this challenge. I guess it is not a hardware case but a software issue. Because the unit plays DVD audios but the screen remains as shown in the image above. I need your help please.

I tried to google, but no results. It seems that this is only with you.
It seems to me that your problem will be fixed only in the manufacturer’s service. But it is not exactly)

P.S.

Did you take TESTMODE.KEY from this forum or did you have it on the SD card from the kit?

I looked at the pictures, RL09 and RZ09 are visually similar (differ in screen size)
The RW09 is even different in design.
They probably have a common software platform.

7. Wait for about minute while FW downloaded to SD/USD disk - with full-screen messages "!!NOW COPYING!!", while "HIT ANY KEY" message didn't appear.

Profit) You can see the full-FW files on your SD/USB disk in the NAVIVUP folder.

P.S.: Sorry guys but I cannot upload the screen-shots here, I see just "There was a problem uploading the file." message displayed.

• The FW can be repacked using WM6.x tools and I'm trying to make the first patch to change time zone (Moscow std time instead of Japanese)

Now I try to make repacked FW, but it is not too easy because for the payload of the main .PRG file (for RZ09 - PS140PLT.PRG) consists of unknown CRC checksum algorithm (for other FW files used plain CRC32B).

 

May be DZO knows this secret

I went into the engineering menu (Thanks for the info on the forum), but I can’t do anything - the "Copy" and the rest are not active. (no TESTMODE.KEY)
Does anyone have it? Please share

The site writes that there are still similar models (AVIC-RZ06-2, AVIC-RZ55, AVIC-RW33, AVIC-RZ33, AVIC-RZ22)

I tried all the options.
