  1. Customer fullfill a 528t pulse timer relay. Then wire up as follows.

    Red - Constant +12v

    Black - Ground

    Black/white - Accessory +12v

    Yellow - Ground

Orange - To parking brake wire of deck

    Brown - Unneeded.

sweet . . . so you work at best buy too ? can all the stores get the 528t ?

Not for a few years. Yes any store can cf that peice, well they could when I left.

  2. How about those front speakers? 5 1/4's up against the glass, where even a skewdriver won't fit? Yay.

Yeah and don't forget about rear speakers in older silverados where the whole bench had to come out.

My favorite rear speakers to this day are still the tempo/topaz rubber banded in place, take 5 seconds to swap out. :)

  3. Corlando - I think you should keep calling Panasonic until they fix this problem. Sooner or later they will start to care.

It's gonna be a long time before Panasonic cares about a problem with a pioneer product.....

  4. 1. That's the way it's programmed.

2.There's a big difference there. If you don't have the nav traffic tuner or the 920, then it ain't gonna do that. Memorize them.

    3. Because the cds don't have cd text on them. So yes you have to memorize them.

  5. New idea from the Z forums (slightly modified idea of clark):

Attach a small (maybe 2'') wire to one end of the resistor. Attach the open end of the resistor to the wire from the SWIPS harness. Then attach the "new" wire to the correct location behind the brown harness coming from the Z.

Instead of stripping that wire and soldering in my car, I'm just going to use a wire tap (from Radio Shack) and snap the 2 together.

Does that make sense? Or am I missing something here haha

    That works too.
