Sorry. The Head unit was already installed in the vehicle I have had for almost two years

Hello, looking for help. My head unit is password locked after a dead battery.. I bought the vehicle used and have had it almost two years. Never had a issue until now. The manufacturer is no help at all. I have some technical knowledge but almost none in doing background work of this nature. Any chance there is someone willing to get me through this??
