It started working after I did a microprocessor reset.

After recently installing a Pioneer 2550NEX into a 2018 Ram 1500 with the Maestro RR and CH3 harness I am unable to change my EQ settings to any of the factory presets other than "custom1", which it seems to be stuck on. There are several other buttons that I don't have access to either so something weird is going on. Since I installed everything together I don't really know what the culprit is or how to fix it. Any suggestions on how to get my equalizer working?
