sry but only the 5 and 5.5 gen ipod classics cn play video

well is there a way how i dont have to use the ipod to skip the the enxt track even when the music video is over...cause it jus repeat the same video....i guess i dont mind the no control but i dont like it how it jus repeaats the same video

Everything is working fine but is there any way i can control the video or skip to the next video with using the D-3 itself and not the ipod. Everytime I try to skip or go back it says use ipod for full operations. Thanks

thanks for the answer..i have another quick question...is the ipod cable a quick plug in or i gotta take the unit out then plug it in? basically im getting it install at bestbuy..should i jus buy the ipod cable there and install it or its a simple plug in fromthe front screen..ty

i was wondering if the ipod is charging when plugged into the avic-d3 with the ipod cable? sry if its a dumb question but i would hate to think i would have to keep brining it home to charge

yaa thats what i thought too...proabably jus trying to find an excuse to tell me not to do it..why would it mess up if it was made to do it right lol..anyways u or any1 else wouldnt happen to know a shop in eastern ma thats good/reasonable price and would do the bypass for me?

hi i went to a local car audio shop and was wondering how much they would install the d3 for..figuring it be a raping in the charges but they actually said it would cost no more than 125..50 dollars an hour for labor...anyways back to the thread..when i ask if they can bypass it for me they said they can but wont...they told me that it would void the warranty..which i knew but also said if u bypass it....i forgot what exactly they said but something about really messing up the d3 like frying the boards or something..i dont really care about the warranty but is it true if u bypass the d3 would

Okay guys, first all lemme tell u what car im gonna do the install on..its a 08 honda civic si...i ask many ppl on what i need to do the install but getting different answer..so i thought i would ask you guys...here what i come up with 1.pioneer avic-d3 2.oem dash kit double din 3. the amp bypass wire now here where im stuck on....do i need to buy a honda antenna and the radio harness? ppl tell me that the pioneer avic-d3 already comes with a antenna. is this true? this is all i have so far...am im missing anything else? thank you for the help
