i plugged my old ipod into the z120 today, and i get no sound, it loaded the songs, and is playing them on the unit, but no sound at all... anyone else have this issue? i just loaded songs on it, and it did an update... can someone please help?

hay guys, the insurance company is buying us a new Avic, becuase someone stole my Z3 outa the truck. Im wondering what one i should go with. I loved everything about my Z3, so i want something that has the same features if possible. what model is best? and is there a big difference in the model with X's 6.1 screen and the Z's 7in screen?? someone said the X is better... but im finding it hard to believe. Any info on this would be great. Thanks guys.

i got my avic z2 robbed outa my suv.. so they are installing a new one. i was told the new ones dont have HDD nav. So does that mean i gota go back to the old way of putting in a navi disc in order to use the navi system??? please tell me this isnt the case...

hay guys. A few days ago, my truck was broke into, and someone stol my Avic Z2. The insurance company is going to replace it, but the car audio called my wife and told her they are going replace it. but since that one is old they are going to have to put a newer model in. Im concernd with that, because i totally love the libray feature so i dont have to put any CDs in. So what is the newest model you think they will install for me? and will it have the same features such as HDD? or is there something better. Please inform me as to what you guys think. ya the US ver does have a 3d view thats really nice. I live in las vegas, and when i go downtown to the strip, it gives me the 3d view of everything including pools and parking garages and all kinds of stuff, pretty neet

hay guys. its been awhile since i last chatted on here. but i have some questions. I have a z1, and i got garretts z3 updated hdd. it works great. However, i just saw some posts about being able to load mp3s into the hdd via some kinda hack? is this possible with garrets unlocked drives? or not? next - i noticed now that i have about 200+ songs loaded, it seems abit slow when scrolling through the ROCK section of the HDD, is there any way to fix this? lastly, i really want to do the bypass, but im not sure if its possible with garrets unlocked drive. can someone please poin

whats the unlocked drive do for us? im not sure i understand the importance of that... does it happen to mean that we can now rip our mp3 discs to the drive?

hay guys, i live in las vegas NV. I drive a 04 explorer, which has limo tented windows throughout the rear, however the front windshield and drivers/passangers windows are not tented. I heard that the desert sun her can kill the z1. What can a person do to ensure a decent lifespan from the z1 as we come into the summer? tent the front windows? cover it up for the day? any advise would be great
