Im using the rcas and it in a 2007 Honda civic

Ok i recently installed my system with the pioneer d3 but now all my music has an echo and when i fade the speakers from left to right both sides stay on and when i go into the subwoffer option and i turn it off it still stays on so please if anybody can help i would really appreciate it thanks

everytime i fade my speakers to the left side the right side cuts off but when i rade to the right the left side still stays on has anybody had this problem
