  2. Just type in "Porsche double din kit" on Ebay's search field & you should be able to find us (or email us at cvt929@yahoo.com). Best wishes, Trieullionaire
  3. The kit will soon be available for other Porsche models as well as other double din units (Apline, Eclipse, Kenwood, JVC, etc.). We have already manufactured the parts and will test fit them tomorrow. Trieullionaire
  4. Hey guys, My brother just listed another 5 kits on Ebay, as the one he listed last night was sold by morning. He had mentioned we should have more coming next week for international folks interested in buying it as well. At any rate, links for the 5 listings are below: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... L.m315.lVI http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 5. My brother will be having more kits on EBAY tonight. He's also selling the kits in separate components for those that just want part of the kit. You can just email him too if you need a kit with a certified address through Paypal. Here's the email cvt929@yahoo.com
  6. "Buy It Now" for the KIT is coming next week to EBAY!
  7. It's pretty easy actually just not as intuitive as we think it should be. I will do a DIY for the D3 soon on how to update your background image. It's simple and you don't need to do anything complicated. I would tell you right now, but I don't have the exact steps or screen names to give you proper instructions. I am thinking about designing something more interesting but just haven't had the time, so decided to go with just the crest. Simple is nice too sometimes.
  8. Pre-wiring instructions 95% complete, I'll post it in a few hours for those interested. Trieullionaire
  9. No, nothing plagiarized. my brother wrote it up, it took him several days.
  10. Julius, I hear ya, I solder most of the wiring jobs I do as well. I decided to go with very small wiring caps for this application due to the size of the wirings, plus it was quick & easy. Wrap some electrical tape around that & you're good to go. But is the instructions easy to understand? Trieullionaire
  11. Wire instructions completed, what are your thoughts? The rest of the instructions for entire install coming tonight.
  12. The GPS sensor has a powerful magnet on the back of it, so what we did was placed it on the outside of the car (above the windshield) for maximum sensitivity. The system is incredible accurate for me. Custom stereo shops will just let it sit behind the AVIC & stick it onto the metal structure of the vehicle. The route I took for the installation takes 10 minutes longer to install but the results is resounding. The VSS, vehicle speed sensor was hooked up as well to "pin" the car's location. Even if the satellite(s) losses your position momentarily, this is where VSS assist in locking in
  13. The kit is now on Ebay... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... L.m315.lVI
  14. Yeah, as you can see from the pics, my brother has some issues.
  15. Here are images of the kit (2-Din housing & brackets, Porsche 986 wire harnesses, antenna adapter, radio removal keys, screws, wire nuts, custom support bracket, heat shield, fascia or faceplate). I'm almost finish with the photo instructions, just adding as much pertinent information on there as possible. Hopefully I will uploaded tomorrow for everyone, depending on how late I stay up tonight.
