i just switched out my stock head unit for the d3 and long before that (months) put in new Memphis speakers, no amp.

do you think that only using the factory ground in the harness and not running one to the car would affect it??

I have had my d3 installed for about a week now and last night on the right home from my girls friends house the sound output through the harness just stopped working. There wasn't any sort of event that triggered it. And now it does it like every 5 mins. 5 mins on then 5 mins off, you get the idea. Has anyone ever had this problem or have any suggestions. Any help would be much appreciated. The video and all of the other features work just fine but there is no sound!! Thanks In Advance.

I just my new avic d3 installed in my new explorer, did the bypass as learned from on this forum (love it) and was wondering if anyone on here had a good source for getting music videos to play. Thanks In Advance.
