I’m struggling with getting my radio to read the file and enter test mode. AVIC F960DAB EU version I attempted to update from 1.04 to 1.21 with the firmware update off pioneer website and got put in the boot loop. Would appreciate any assistance in helping getting out of this infuriating cycle as pioneer tech support have said my only option available is to send it to them to sort out
