my installer did what was described in the original 4 photos at the beginning of this forum.

Please help.... I did the bypass today and DVD works with no issues while driving, however Nav controls are grayed out until I am stopped. The parking break is grounded out.. What am I missing?

I'm sorry.. thanks for clearing that up for me. I had an N3 and it was stolen so this was an insurance replacement and unfortunately they did not give me the manuals. I just looked online and found them to download. Thanks again!

When I go to the Bluetooth phone av source, it does not show anything like that??? All it has is the hand up icon, the pick up icon, hide button and direct button. When the phone is not paired, it is a black screen. How do I register the phone as location 1 on the avic-N4??

I have an N4 with the bluetooth adapter and I was wondering if anyone knows how to make the iphone auto-connect rather then having to unpair and then pair again every time i get into my car.

Hello, I just had a N4 installed and right away I noticed that their was a buzzing sound in the background when I switch through my AV sources, or when I tap anywhere on the touch screen, or when directions are being read from the GPS. I asked my installer to fix this however he told me that the N4 and the D series all do this... Has anyone else come across this issue and if so... is this normal or can it be fixed? I find it really hard to believe that Pioneer would release a product that does that. (Note: The buzz is only coming out of my front tweeters and it is not constant)
