I used to work for gmc, those trucks are very tricky because they either have onstar and no amp or onstar and amp. Maybe the moudle you bought dosent work or maybe you bought the wrong one. I do know that there might be a diffrent onstar moudle. Cause I had a customer with a denali with a eclipse unit and i saw a onstar moudle so it can work with aftermarket unit. and it also had another moudle for the amp. I do not think she had the factory xm hooked up.
