Yeah constant power from 12v yellow wire in dash. If the ip-bus cables were bad would it allow Sirius to work?

This is confusing so stay with me I have connected the D3 to Sirius SIR-PNR2 to BTB-200 and both remain grayed out on D3 unit. I am sure it is connected properly; I even tried switching around the cables and units to no avail. I checked fuses and grounds, no problems. If I connect the SIR-PNR2 alone it works sound and all, now if I connect the BTB-200 alone I get nothing it is grayed out. Once I PROPERLY connect the BTB and SIR together everything is grayed out. BUT! Here is the tricky part if I improperly connect the SIR and BTB they light up as if they work but no sound from either.

I really need some professional help! I can’t seem to get my D3 to work with Sirius and BTB connected together. If I hook one up the D3 it will work, but both connected together just won’t work for me. I have tried every which way to wire and rewire the two together. Am I doing something wrong or is there another part I need so I can get both the BTB and my Sirius radio working together Thank you for helping a n00b.
