  1. OK I guess a better question might be this... What could cause the CD's to become so dang hot and what does Error Code-02 mean?
  2. 06 Scion xB. Nothing else audio/video installed. I tested it again today. DVD's and the DVD for the GPS I have zero problems. Radio and the AV-1, again no problems. Music CD's (original or my own copies) both still skip and after a while I get the message at the bottom "error code-02" Only other thing i can think of that might cause anything is I added an add-a-line fuse at the ACC fuse block. I used it cause I needed a 15 amp line and to make it easy and to make sure i didn't put the wrong fuse in the wrong slot i used that one.
  3. It is all CD's. Another thing I noticed today is it seems that the unit takes a little longer to turn off even after I turn the car off.
  4. I recently installed some rear moniters and a AV-1 input onto my D3. Now when i try to play a music CD, the music jumps, I sometimes get a disk read error Code-02, and when i pop out the CD the center of the CD is very hot to the touch. Now if I play a DVD I have no problems. Anyone have any clues as to what might be going on? Thanks
