Will the Ipod Classic 6th Generation play video on my D3?

I know this probably has been answered already but I want to make sure. I am going to buy a new ipod and I want to make sure it will play video to my D3. Which one? Thanks!

I am having the same problem, did you ever figure out what was wrong?

I just got in to the truck again and I get no response from my ipod. Could it be a bad cable?

It just sucks having to re-program all my settings but I'm just glad it's fixable without sending it in.
