It's in a 2007 F150. I would think if it were a power supply, it wouldn't come on at all, and it always comes on, even in the ACC position.

Hmmm...I reset it so it would play on my 3 hr drive this weekend down to the Mets game. Since then it's been working fine.

Yeah I know, it was just wishful thinkin . I don't think it's a power issue, cuz if I reset it it works fine. I'll call Pioneer later.

Haha yes I realize. But the best case scenerio for me would be someone on here saying "ah you fool, you just need to..." and provide a solution

Hey, new member here, hoping somebody can lend me a hand! I got the AVIC-D3 about 3 months ago. It's been working fine up until now. When I try to boot it up, it boots, then goes automatically to OFF, no matter what it was in when I turned it off. Once its in OFF, the buttons don't respond, touch screen doesn't do anything. It just sits there frozen. If I reset it, I enter my password, and it works fine. Once I shut the truck off, and turn it back on, I'm back to the frozen OFF screen. I disconnected my iPod, cycled the power at the battery, removed and DVD/CD's, no luck. Help!
