  1. i took a look again. Found that I wasn't getting any bars, and I get message saying extensive vibration or something. So I'm assuming I need to remove it from the back window, check the wire, and put it somewhere more stable?
  2. i cleared the learning status yes. Still didn't help at all. I'm not sure how many satellites. I checked once and i think it was only one bar. I'm not sure why this car is having a problem.
  3. Ok so I switched cars recently and have major issues with my navigation system now. I didn't connect the vss in my old car and it was perfect. Never any problem with navi. Now in my new car the gps has no idea where I am. I have restarted the system three times and no matter what the gps never asks me to select which state I am in or anything. Just automatically goes to one spot and won't change. Then I have to reset the location and within a minute I'm off in some random area. Last week the arrow was in the middle of a lake for 30 minutes. Didn't move, didn't relocate itself, nothing. It's li
  4. I need clarification on something. If I plan on running my rear speakers off the headunit and my fronts off the amp, can I run wire straight to the rears off the unit and run my rca's to the amp?
  5. ok just checking. I read that the pioneers are very easy to blow the internal fuses which has to be fixed by pioneer. Don't want to deal with that.
  6. so the bypass will offer a good enough ground for the system? I don't want to blow the fuse.
  7. ok so new question. Looking at the back of the unit, is there a screw of some sort to ground the unit. I want to make sure that I ground it well so I don't blow the microfuse. thought maybe the big hole up top that says a screw size was a ground place...not sure
  8. yeah got my amp today and looked at the wiring schematic. It is labeled on there. Thanks.
  9. thanks hifisi. I was a little confused on that part reading the manual. Where will that connet to on the amp tho?
  10. yeah its a 5 channel amp. I'm running all speakers and sub off it. So I need to run three rca's. What does the blue/wht wire hook up to tho?
  11. I think i figured out most of my install with the wiring but a few things still are unclear. I have my amp and sub i'm hooking up and need to know how to wire it. The d3 manual says that there are three different rca outputs to go to the amp. I always thought it was only one set needed to the amp. Also, the blue/white wire in the rca connector is what exactly?
