Tupperware SC2

Do you have the original os? Can i just restore it to an old os? The issue is that i Didnt upgrade annything... It just started

When i boot up my headunit it says this "Caution screen image may appear reversed" and it just stays a black screen. The cds will play but i have lost all of the headunits functionality. I have been able to mash the buttons sometitmes and it will work normal bur 98% of the time.... Nothing. Just that message. Any help? Thank you
