Is there anyway to ground the parking break wire without removing all the paneling in my car again to get to the parking break z3 parking break wire? Please help

someone else did.....

I just got my Z3 and the radio stations aren't saving. Every time I turn off the car and turn it back on it goes back to default which is nothing. What should I do?
