Hi- We bought a z1 last December and it has never worked right. J & R in Elgin, who we bought it from can't fix it (to make a long story short) and for the last year won't return phone calls despite many many many attempts. We are looking for someone in the area that can fix its many problems. Please respond if you can have a local shop or know someone who does. Thank you
