thanks for the hard work could you tell me what files in your data.zip were modified to make this work? i've changed quite a few things and don't want to overwrite it all i hope to just merge the changes with my existing data thanks

um... hey guys so i was driving and my avicf restarted by itself. the fonts no longer work and no matter how many times i go back into testmode and try to redo it. it won't work ... does anyone seem to be having this problem?

ok. the settings are sticking for me. i tried it out today and it still shows the right font

hmm i haven't driven anywhere today yet. i'll check it out tomorrow and let u know... this is gonna suck if the settings don't stick..

i'm pretty sure it'll be for anything, not just the ipod as long as its displayed on the unit originally in tahoma. which i'm pretty sure the USB and SD card are both displayed as.

one more thing, every time you start up in testmode, your settings will be reverted back to defaults and the fonts will come up as boxes again, as long as you don't go back to testmode, the settings will stick.

so i've been trying to get foreign characters to show on the iPOD song selection screen and finally figured it out. I'm not sure if it's been put up yet but here's the walkthrough 1. go here http://www.phm.lu/downloads/download.aspx?{940B734A-C437-41C7-ADED-2A4418802FD3} and download Handheld PC Pro, 2000 (ARM) . its a registry editor and put it on your SD card 2. for whatever foreign language you're adding, go to your windows\fonts directory and put the font into your SD card.
