ive always used the remote, you can only control which disc to play thru the touch screen only. the other options like fast forward, pause, rewind, etc wont work thru the touchscreen.

hi. i have a n3 and wanting to install in my brothers car but every disc that i put it, it reads not compatible. i had updated my n3 with new discs and now i dont have the disc for the most recent update. i forgot where i saw on how to reset everything to read the original 1st version disc that i have. how do i reset it, anybody remember? id hate to spend money on the latest disc but instead i can reset and use the original disc. a lil help please? thank you!

i got an element and its all pioneer'd! go on the www.elementownersclub.com and theres tons of people there that did the z1 setup with no problems.

the lg and rockr are using a new bluetooth profile which is because they're for europe and are unlocked by local cell phone stores. they use a profile that will be available to use in the US in 2009 with compatible products only. the rockr's a great phone and had to give it up for my pioneer handsfree. i should've gone parrot. Bzarins is right, it doesn't pair up all the time like they say that it should, maybe it pairs up automatically with the 7500 but not with the n3.

u sure its not the brain making the loud noise? when i first got my n3, i thought it was my head unit also but i listened closely to it and follow the noise to the brain. its the gyroscope inside the brain making the noise. all else fails, bring it back! good luck!

well its been cofirmed by going through 11 phones that i tried today, any phone that uses touchscreen is not compatible with btb100. i had to give up my e6 rokr today and have the rizr z3 now...

i can't get it to worth with my motorola rokr e6. it pairs up with outher phones but not mine... go figure.

don't think they're authorized, maybe... i'll call them tomorrow. thanks for the idea.

i paid $170 local because i was free today and had time to install it. I could've ordered it online for $120 and waited til next week to receive. I can't even use it now. any bids? hehehe

i just bought the cd-btb100... NO GOOD! don't get it, it powers on and picks up on my n3 with the external 1 source, it didn't work at all. I pressed all the keys on the screen and no response. my bluetooth was on and i had the correct settings. if i'm doing something wrong, tell me how to do it correctly or otherwise i'm gonna assume that it really is only compatible with the 7500dvd and 6800dvd. damn, i hate compulsive shopping!
