To get xm nav traffic (Avic D3) is there a certain xm tuner you have to buy or do you get the service thru xm from any xm tuner? Reason being i called XM and i was told all i have to do pay the extra money for the nav traffic.... But i havent really noticed any difference so what am i missing here?

Wondering if others are have this issue... Had a course set and would go back and forth from the navi and radio and then it would put me in Brooklyn New York while i was in arkansas... So i fiddled around with it and then did a reset (small reset button top left) and it fixed the prob... But on the way home 2 days later did the same thing... Do i need to take this thing back to where i bought it or is this a normal prob with these units?
