Alright, this post started in 2009. Can we close this thread and start a new one with todays firmware, maps and updates? As in November 2011, what's todays Firmware and Maps available?

Hi, Does anyone knows why iGo 8 shutdowns randomly, sometimes it says shuting down in 10 seconds and at 7 will turn off.. Also, this shutdown happens mostly when I'm on the "2nd trip computer" screen. Thanks.

Have you tried to rotate clockwise the outer nob? Because mine is the opposite, phone low volume and music louder.

Exactly, I need to know the functionalities first. For the map function, what kind of software are you going to use, iGo, TeleAtlas, NAVTEQ?

The Device ID is the one that belongs to the application TomTom folder and Yes is already in the LeetLauncher. You just need to add the maps, however you need to activate them with the the device ID inside of the Launcher.

As a matter of fact I ran into the same problem. But I got around it. If you downloaded a folder with the TomTom application, you should have either a ttnavigator.bif or a ttgo.bif…inside of it, right? Well in those files there is the application information. So what you have to do is the following: 1. Open notepad 2. Select the ttnavigator.bif or ttgo.bif and drag and drop inside of the notepad window that you opened on step 1 3. The ID should be there. 4. Look screenshot

Possible, but not right now I have other things to take care of. I can add a section for apps request later for those that want to run certain ppc apps. Also you can always try to see if it runs first without modification, I know that some of the ppc apps actually run without changes. The Launcher is modifiable, modify it and add another icons linking to that application. Leet, I want to change the LeetTTNavigator.exe with another TTnavigator.exe is the one that was modified and is black instead of blue, and I get an error. I tested the application with a emulator and works fine. Ho

Does not turn on, or does not boot up... there is a difference there. Place the SD card in again and check for the files. Did you copy and paste or by mistake CUT and paste?

I like iGo8, I use it as my primary Nav System, I think the interface is great, I would like to have version 8.5 with those 3D buildings. Does iGo8 offer lane assistance like TomTom? Anyway... I think leet had done a great job with that launcher. Thanks man...

Leet, Can you let the LeetTTnavigator.exe be replaced by the TomTomNavigator.exe I downloaded this TT 7.20 and I tried on a Pocket PC. I'm in USA this maps seems to be for Europe only... right? I didn't see US, USA, America nor North America.

Ok let me see if I understand. The Folder NorthAmerica should be outside of TomTom (That's what I understand on the same level) So... iGo8 Testmode TomTom North_America usericon, USB Disk voices Is this correct?

Does anyone knows where the TomTom Maps folder goes? and what kind of name uses? North_America, Maps, NorthAmerica_2GB? I remember the old TomToms use to have a folder named Benelux right? What's the root folder? Thanks. 'cause is not reading mine "maps not found" and is inside of TomTom folder. And I tryed Maps 7 and 8

I followed your instructions thoroughly. No big deal, it just pops up that window before it launches. Also if I run TomTom first, then I launch iGo8, TomTom is still in the background, and also if I click on a iGo8 menu… it switches to TomTom screen. Are you going to get the F500BT for testing? I'll pich in as soon as I get some money.

What is this error? Right before I launch LeetLauncher (beta) it works fine if I click OK. Just Wondering...
