the wiring harness currently on the van says it will generate the VSS signal. The harness is a PAC C2R-CHY2. It is connected correctly per instructions. Is there another VSS wire on the 08 Town and Country?

I have a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country LX with very little options. I purchased several harnesses and they do not seem to work for lights and such. The last harness said it would generate the VSS and of course it does not. I have everything working except for the VSS. Does anyone know where the VSS wire is on this van?
