got it I sync up my phone again then hard reset the f700, then did a special search then it finally paired before I did that I paired it with the apply bt headset and my factory audi nav...no clue what did it but it works and I'm happy now. Thanks!

before the update I paired it with my 1st gen iphone. after the update it seems to be searching and then saying no phone/device available. should I reset the unit or reboot maybe?

I got the phone but did the upgrade after so I will don't know. I tried pairing it both ways with the iphone 3g first and also with the pioneer. what other details would you need?

I'm having the same problem updated the firmware to the 1.0017 and now my 3g iphone can not be found. any help appreciated.
