speed limit racer

I just got my Z1 two days ago im still reading the navigation section of the owners manual. I have recorded some cd's onto the hard drive and i want to delete some songs from the hard drive but i have no idea how to do that and i cant find it in the manual all i can find is how to remove tracks from playlists
