Sorry, i forgot to mention the sync manager seemed to work in partnership with Microsofts sync manager. Not sure how it all works, all i know is i downloaded microsoft sync manager, then downloaded pioneers sync manager and when i run the pioneer manager it seemed to link up with microsofts one. Anyway it worked and worked well Andy
