when i listen to the sd card the screen always goes blank and i cant see the song titles when i touch the screen a few buttons show up so i can change the songs but for some reason i have lost the titles but the songs still play

guys im really sorry my comp tech skills stink but does it matter if the sd card has other folders on there i loaded it onto my sd card with music but i see the folders there but it doesnt load.. the music keeps playing

has anyone from canada upgraded there f-series yet with the new firmware on the pioneer website it says only US models
