Does the reverse cam come on quickly, or does it take 15 minutes like everything else the F series does?

So what towns have 3D landmarks and buildings? I've been driving around San Francisco and I've yet to see one come up on the map. I do have the option enabled. If SF doesn't have any, what city does?
