the touch/swipe feature is not as iPhone'ish as they made it out to be but its kinda nice. bypassing is as easy as wiring 1 relay to switch to ground with the remote turn on as a trigger. Oh one issue is the damn thing doesn't have a power antenna wire, WTF is that about installed in a toyota supra and had to put switch on power antenna so it would go down without turning off radio, thats friggin dumb on there part

Installed 2 already, very nice unit for the money. much better touch responce than the f-series junkers. if you don't need nav then go with this one.

You mean a reversed image? need to check the specific model and see if the camera does reverse image, some do and some don't

If i remember correctly try setting the AV1 or AUX 1 input, (cant remember which one it is) to Ipod you should get sound then

installed a few, not so good wireless. can get a snowy pic that goes in/out sometimes. BUT your not trying to watch tv on it your just using it a reference for backing up. so or the $ its decent. you dont need a HD pic. if you r gonna install yourself try to get good power source like right at ignition column

how bout some infinti / g35 stuff

parrot is the bomb, doesn't even compare to the pioneer or alpine pieces, works flawlessly with just about every phone on the market, except no phone book transfer on blackjack, and some verizon phones. I am an installer in fl and i wont even sell the pioneer or alpine bluetooth kits to customers who ask for them, i only sell the parrots no comparison

try this- in contacts go to options, then advanced, then, sync. order change the order to "by last name" then re send all contacts. teproblemis the z1 puts a space in front of the names for some reason and whether you hit ABC, or JKL or whateverit always just stays on the first page of entries it thinks the first letter in all the names os a space

do u have a swi-ps if so that is the problem, i have installed a few that have done the same thing and the steering wheel control is bad, just try another
