Does Anybody know wear the orange illumination wire goes to on the 08 tundra w/jbl..Thank you in advance

I set all the controls back to center on the oem radio , and it helped a bit, but not much...

I have a 2006 silverado with a 'os to bose' unit interfaced. Everything works fine, except the rear speakers are muffled, they are way to low. I even replaced the 'pac os to bose, and that is not the problem. I tried every setting, and double checked all the wiring, I even took it to cc, and had one of there installers listen to it ,and he said it did not sound right. Doe's anyone have an Idea what could be wrong...Thanks

Can you buy those little metal female connector clips for that size wire , so you can make your own ground / if so what size and what do you call them? I went to radio shack and they did not have anything like them in that size..

they sent me a Brand new unit , are you saying I should try resetting this one?

I just recieved a New z1 back, after I sent the original one back because it had a backup camera issue. the old on (aug. build date)worked very good as far as the by pass goes, but now the newer one does not bypass at all. Does anyone have a solution to bypass the newer version?( I grounded one of the empty four spots in the connector as it was before, but it just keep telling me I hooked it up incorrectly) Thanks you for any help, and sorry if I missed a previous post on this.

I have a 2006 silverado, w/my z1 working great.. I hooked my back up camera "video out" to the brown rca jack "rear view camera in" from the z1.. then ground to ground, and red wire to "accesory power". checked all the settings on the z1, and, after 2 hrs. still no picture. I even took the camera back thinking it was bad. when I put it into rev. the z1 goes into a Black screen, w/a warning about images being closer...Thats all I can get..the camera is one of those Ir. cameras , the leds light up on the camera but thats about it. any help would be Great. Thanks guys
