  1. Hi Type S, I am afraid of doing the hard reset because I have so much info on my phone for work. I do have info saved to my computer, but there is a sync problem with the Treo and Vista (doesn't always sync properly). I am getting the feeling that the Treo may be the problem. I haven't heard much about the N-5 having problems yet, but you never know.
  2. Hi Type S, I have tried to reset the treo and redownload the jetwaremobile.com. I am afraid of resetting the N-5 because I loaded a lot of phone numbers to the unit. The owner of the store who installed my unit tried his bluetooth phone, which worked great, but his was not a smartphone.
  3. I have installed the jetwaremobile twice and still the N-5 disconnects from the Treo when I change screens. Not sure whatelse to do....I am afraid to reset the N-5 because I don't want to lose all my entries.
  4. I tried to re-download the jetwaremobile software, but the N-5 still disconnects from the Treo when I switch screens on the N-5...it might just well be the Treo.

  6. Anyone have answers on how to get the N-5 to not disconnect from the Treo 700w while changing screens on the N-5?
  7. Got the N-5 two weeks ago and having troubles with bluetooth connection between treo 700w and unit....installer thinks it is the Treo phones. Otherwise unit works great.
  8. I have recently purchased the AVIC N-5 but I am having problems with the bluetooth for my Treo 700W staying connected to the AVIC N-5. Whenever I switch screens on the AVIC, the AVIC disconnects from my Treo...I have already installed the jetwaremobile to my phone. Any solutions?
