Labhunter

Please help before I do something drastic. I have an N3 and a Treo 700p that don't seem to enjoy playing together. The Treo will see the bluetooth unit but will not pair. When I try to follow the crappy instructions from Pioneer, I have no luck either. A friend's Samsung was able to pair without difficulty so I know everything is connected properly. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
