I'm using a Wii TV digital tuner, it's a blackbox that comes with everything, just connected audio and video in the same input as Ipod AV1 (using a Y splitconnector), made a swith to turn it on and off and installed a infra red extensor so I can hide the tv tuner inside the console. GUGA

Bad news and good news. Yes it's possible to use the rearview camera (video) and AV1 (audio) to view digital television or anything else you want to. Dad news is that pioneer has a standard message of CAUTION: IMAGE MAY APPEAR REVERSED that dosen't go away. Until someone finds out how to get rid of this messageI think the best solution it to use AV1 with a split connector and everytime you need to change to IPOD to other source, pause the ipod or remove it, go into settings and change the AV1 input. Guys, As I wrote in the first post. This ISN'T a update, its just a backup of the original igo folder. And yes it DOES include all the license files needed. You should only download and use thus file if you messed up the original igo folder, otherwise it's useless. GUGA

Guys, I'm receiving a lot of PM's asking for a IGO folder backup. First of all never change anything in the unit without doing a FULL backup. To solve this issue I uploaded the Igo folder to rapidshare, just download and replace the original APL2/IGO folder. I have a digital receptor ta converts the signal.... Actually I'm doing some tests this night to try to connect it using the rearview camera input. Because the rearview input dosen't have audio input i'll have to continue using the audio inputs from the AV1 source.... I'll you guys know if it works.. GUGA

You need to change the zip withou decompressing it....otherwise It won't work correctly...At least with the tests I did never worked. GUGA

I have DTV on my car....it's connected with the ipod using a split rca connector....works fine.... GUGA

How did you changes the data.zip?!!?? You need to change it using 7-zip filemanager, if you unzip it, cnahge something and then zip it you would have a problem. GUGA

I have digital television installed with the ipod with a Split...It works fine, but I have a little interference noise when using the unit when the volume is high (40+). If you guys are planning doing this I sugest you to buy a ground loop isolator (US$ 12,00) and install it with the split. It's on my plans for next maintenance. The only problem is that you need to change the AV preferences every time you want to switch from TV to Ipod and vice versa. GUGA

choirboy82, I had the same issue.....what I did was connect both IPOD and my digital Tu tuner in back input. When I want to use the TV I simply change the settinh for the AV1 to Video not Ipod and works like a charm. The only thing you have to do is to make sure the other source is turned off when using the IPOD. I used a simple "Y" connector. GUGA

Guys, Did in my f90bt and in a f500bt of a friend....works fine....since it's a hack to Igo there's no reason for it to don't work....Probably you are doing something wrong... Just REPLACE the ezrider.exe and COPY the worldwide license files...DON'T delete the existing ones....if you do the system won't boot up..... Make sure the maps you are using are for igo 8 and not igo 8.3 or something..... Any doubts let me know.. GUGA

Scoot, Just copy the worldwide license files (don't erase the existing ones) and the easyrider.exe.....and cpoy the maps....don't replace anything else....then your good to go.. GUGA

Wich files did you replaced? Upload the entire apl2 folder is insane...it has almost 1 gb.... GUGA

Hi everyone, Searching the forum yesterday I found this topic http://www.avic411.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=19346 It shows a new hack for Igo to run it with any maps withou Launcher. I tried it and it really works. For you guys that just needed to change Avic to run another map it's the best solution. GUGA

Shineon, The Sound was enabled by the leet's launcher, it has something to do with loading some avic dll's prior to Igo....if you use leet's launcher to load it up you should have no problem. GUGA

Funny stuff..... Ran Launcher Ran Igo8 Ran AVIC While using the map button from the unit everything was ok.....thenI tried to use the DIGITAL MAP button that is the Avic's IPOD Player...It ran the original Igo software....and showed the NOW PLAYING in the corner of IGO. Then when I clicked the MAO in the unit it switches between both igos..and the funny thing is that the NOW PLAYING nos shows on both of them. Looks like it's some quit of secondary application that the EZRIDER load on startup, already checked the system.ini and there's nothign there, look like it's bluit inside th
