Since a few weeks while avic 900 is starting a windows message appears on the screen :" "This application failed to start last time. Do you want to reset to factory defaults an lose all your POI's, tracks and settings ? YES / NO" I informed Pioneer. They told me to make an complete software update (WINDOWS + FIRMWARE) at a customer service center. After having done this the error message futhermore appears. What shall I do ? That means after pressing Cancel my contact book on the iphone will be transfered to the F900. My understanding was that apple has restricted any data load via bluetooth. Or do you mean that there may be alternative "exits" in the iphone perhaps via USB connection....? Tomorrow I will have checked it. Third party programs cannot easily be loaded due to app store regulations. I think Apple will not allow program access via Itunes while these tools may bypass Apples' BT philosophy... LOL you really hate the boot time. Agreed man, it does suck, but hey maybe there's a way to shorten it...and from what i read, the EU FW update shortened it to about 30 seconds full function. I had so much expectations in that boot issue, but it charged over 200MB data with no essential benefit. I can not understand why Pioneer does not react. A few looks into forums like this may be motivation enough

have just paired iphone 3G FW 2.0 to F900BT. Anything running proper but moving contacts is not possible though iphone is mentioned in Pioneers' "Compatible telephony features" - list. Does someone has experienced that failure ?
