My AVIC D2 does not load the nav disk when i power it on it says loading pioneer navigation but then goes to please insert appropriate disk, so then i eject the disk and reinsert it and it does the same thing. i did reset it from the front but it did the same thing. please any help would be appreciated thanks in advance.
