Will a Avic Z2 fit in a 2007 Infiniti G35 sedan. It says it has a 7" opening but don't know if it will or not. I bought a used Z2 and planned on installing it in my Mustang but now have decided to buy the G/F a G35 and give her the Nav unit. Any ideas???

Ok no help huh. What about 1 installer says I need a 5521 harness only and the other says I need a 5521 and a soundgate LOCX part. Who is right?

I have a 2004 Mustang Cobra with the Mach 1000 system and just bought the Avic Z-2 from a guy that had it installed in the same type car but me doesn't know anything about it because he paid someone to do it. My question is, what all do I need to do to istall this unit. BTW some of the wires on the back have been deleted or spliced into. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I will be getting the 80 GB HD from Garret for sure. He has answered alot of my questions so far but have 1 more. The Z2 I'm getting already has the DVD playback bypassed will the HD I get need to be bypassed again. Also since it is bypassed does this mean that the Nav has been bypassed too?

I just bought a Z2 and was wondering what is the main difference between it and the Z3. I have read that I could upgrade to the Z3 by buying a CD and download it to the unit. Then I have heard about replacing the HD with the Z3. What gives, which is better or am I not understanding this right.
