uninstalled this am and disconnected all power for about 30 minutes, then reconnected and it worked for about 10 minutes, now it won't open again. Very frustrated to have spent this much money and having problems this soon. I sent an email to support at jpcustoms (where I purchased) yesterday, but no reply yet.

Installed in 2007 Avalanche. Not hitting anything. I even totally removed from dash, still won't open.

forgot to mention that I have already tried pressing reset button multiple times.

Anyone else had this problem. "Open' button beeps when pressed, but screen does not move. Can't hear motor running at all. Is there a way to manually open Z1? I've only had it for two weeks, and everything was great until now.
