I have the newest nano (square one) and it does not play video. it plays the audio of video but on video is displayed. Are there any tricks to getting this to work, because others have said that they have gotten it to work.

I have been using my AVIC D3 for some time but always have trouble finding a points of interest by searching by name. It will not find the POI. But, if I search for restaurants around my area it will appear. Does anyone know if this is a setting issue or just the way the D3 works? Will updating the disc help this issue?

I have an AVIC d3 and the BT mic cord tore, I want to replace it but for the D3 there only seems to be the package sold online, does anyone know if the one sold online for the F500BT compatible? It looks like the same thing.

I ave a current gen nano and will post after I try, but have read a lot about how you can not use video from the Nano on the D3.

I have an AVIC-d3. When I use phone register the stero finds the phone, but says there is an error and can not connect to it. Has anyone else had this problem? I have used to this phone to connect to other types of car steros. Do I have to use the same pass key that I set up with another phone or is there a generic code to use? Also, what COM port should I be using? I think the default is "COM0," but it goes up to "COM7." thanks

I have a avic-d3. Can I name Sirius channels on this unit. I know how to save them, but it is just called "presetting #1, #2, etc.." The user manual does not mention anyhting for sirius, but for XM it says how to call each channel a unique name. thanks for your help.

I have a AVIC-D3 I have noticed that the cable for the mic was cut. Since there is a shielded red wire inside, along with a non shielded wire inside the cable, it is possible to repair this without it sounding horrible? I attempted to repair this samll cable with two separate electrical connectors, while standing on my head, but it was difficult. Can these wires be taped together? Can I buy a new mic/cable separately? I can only find the entire assembly with the BT box online. thanks for your help.
