Is a hard reset something different then a normal reset? I allways push the pin with the stick or do I something wrong?

I will try that. I did a few times a reset but the settings don't change to standard after it. Is this normal?

I have the 1.9EU version. This is the newest in Europe I think?

That doesn't help. The arrow stays in the middle. I must do the 3 button action about 6-10 times a day! I understand that this is not normal at other paople. Pioneer says that this is normal!

This is not the case. It stays in the middle and it is not running out of the screen like you said and than you can push the MAP button.

After a while the arrow is going to the middle and stay in the middle. I have to push 3 buttons to get the arrow normal.

Normaly the Arrow stands at the underside of the screen in 3D. But after a while the arrow is going to the middle of the screen like the 2D but not with nord up. I hope you understand it now.
