I had a chocolate phone before this, and couldn't get it to work either. Both are Verizon. My guess is that I am doing something wrong. It keeps telling me to send a business card so I try that and it never seems to complete. I have read in a few places that you can go into the phonebook and edit it...can anyone help me with that? I can't seem to find a post on that. I could add them that way pretty simply if I knew how to access... thx!

i just got mine installed today and am having the exact same problem...anyone help us?
