1. I wanted to follow up by letting ya'll know I went ahead and bought the D2 and I found a site that has a SICK SICK SICK deal on it . $684.99 brand new in box with Free shipping and handling. https://caraudioimage.com/index.cfm?fus ... N=91900074 let me know if ya'll think this is legit. What wiring harness or installation tools will I need to install the Avic-d2
2. Umm getting it from a certified Pioneer store will cost you $1200 and to top it off they will overcharge you for installtion or any accessories you may need. I've seen avic-d2's go as cheap as $600 if your patient and bid last minute on no reserve auctions, so even if it did break down on you, the cost to fix it would be much less then $300 and even with the cost to replace it you'd still be basically breaking even. Then the warranty is only one year and pioneer might tell you that you caused the damage and tell you to suck it.
3. [b]Hello everyone. Before I write anything I wanted to say thanks to anyone in advance who took the time to read this, reply, and help me out. Anyways, My last week my car got broken into and my Avic-n1 got stolen--both the brain and the unit--along with the subwoofer. It seems most of the wiring is still intact. The harness, however, is gone and there seems to only be a few wires. My turn signal isn't working for some reason either. Anyways long story short Will the Avic-n1 wiring and GPS antenna work for the Avic-d2. What will I need to install it. I have a double-din 04' Acura RSX?
