I had my N3 installed at a stereo shop, and had them by pass the video. after reading on here, I gather all you do is ground the parking brake wire and flip the switch on the unit. When I picked up my truck, there was a toggle switch on the dash that I was told was necessary as well. I fail to see a use for it, but the installer insisted on it's necessity.
