Worked perfect on my 2005 Aviator...I used 2k.

I found on a Lincoln Aviator forum something about installing a 2k to 3k resistor. I put in a 2k and bye bye thump! Was going to try 1k as reported earlier but figured somewhere in between should work. Thanks guys!

Yup IP cables backward. Had that too! Could see the channel and info but no audio!

Every time I start the car the unit makes a loud thump or bang noise from the back speakers...might even be the subwoofer. Nothing from the front leads me to believe it's the sub.... I have the latest firmware and it's been there from day one. I have a 2005 Lincoln Aviator. Any idea why the unit does this? Can't be good for the speaker(s). Never did this with the stock system. Thanks!
