pladohead

A unit i am servicing keeps blowing a left channel trace internally on the ribbon cable from the left channel powered output. I AM NOT EVEN USING THAT INTERNAL AMPLIFIER. I even removed the external wires for the powered outputs. Does anyone have a clue????
