It was in a 2007 civic si. Iv tried putting the cd in and out a million times doesnt work lol. Any other suggestions

Hey, I just got a D3 and installed it. It was working fine i was able to play cds and dvds. Then about 2 days later i get a Read Error on any cd i put in. I used to be able to hear the disc spin i guess in the unit and now when i put the disc in i cannot hear anything. If anyone can offer any help i would appreciate it.
