I have my avic d3 for a while now and i just truly used today the navigation but i noticed for example on the map it shows that i am passing an intersection and i have already passed it, it seem like its behind. its kind of a couple of feet behind. Is this normal or do i have some kind of misconfiguration? Thanks in advance

i just wanted to take a step at a time now i bought the avic than new speakers anyways, for example on initail setting there is an option for rear sp sub w and pre-out sub and than under that i have none fading or subwoofer as a choice which should i choose... for the tweeters which bass blockers should i buy? i have not hate not having bass sound in the front... i have people that suggested that i put a line driver on the rcas, the amps need a higher voltage input and the d3 is just a little short of what they need to be happy...
-
can i ask what sound settings you got on yours? mine sounds cheap, i dont fell the bass on the subs anymore and have too much bass on the tweeters, they are are popping if i put the music a little bit louder. I have been told to buy a bass blocker for them but i been looking them up and don't know at what frequency cut off i should choose Honestly I haven't noticed pop noise when turning on.

I installed my d3 yesterday and i noticed that the sound quality is cheap.... has no bass tweeters are popping if i put it a little bit louder and i was wondering what settings you made to make the sound better

one little problem about the gps receiver i have a convertible no trunk lid i was thinking of putting it on the edge of the dash next to the pillar and the mic below the odometer. i wanted to hide both of them but i cant figure out where to put them and than the mic i wanted to see if i could "share" it with the passenger so both of us can talk and be understood. Do you have any pics of your Bullitt?

installermarc you were right that is the ssv wire, there is no need for me to be going with all the work to go look for it at under the drivers wheel. i activated the option on my factory radio to when i speed up it would compensate the outside noise with putting the radio louder and it worked. once more thanks installermarc
